RCD Mallorca B extend unbeaten run to eight games with 2-1 win at SD Portmany 

Carlos Gilbert and Adrian Montalban give Los Bermellones a deserved victory at Sant Antoni to maintain winning form

RCD Mallorca B extended their unbeaten run to eight games with a comfortable 2-1 victory at SD Portmany courtesy of goals from Carlos Gilbert and Adrián Montalbán. 

Although Los Bermellones were in control from the get go, the game was decided in the space of five minutes late on in the first half as Carlos Gilbert got his name on the scoresheet with his sixth goal in eight games in the 38th minute. 

Montalbán then returned to haunt his former club by doubling the advantage having capitalised on a defensive error, and despite a late consolation goal from Adrián Ramos 10 minutes from time, Julian Robles’ side held on to record an important three points.
