The new-look Tribuna Este has taken a step towards completion as the first phase of construction has started to install a new roof.
Fourteen support beams have been transported to the island and are being implemented.
The roof will provide shade from the sun and cover from the rain as we look to improve supporter experience, while the stand itself will now have a maximum capacity of 10,000 fans.
The Tribuna Este will have double the number of access turnstiles (from 12 to 24) and there will be a large and renovated area for eating and drinking prior, during and after the game.
Those sat in the Tribuna Este Descubierta will be closer to the action than ever before as the distance from the stands to the pitch has been reduced from 23 metres to just 7.5 metres.
Season ticket applications and renewals begin on August 2.
