Olaizola: "We cannot relax - this is a tricky game"

Real Mallorca B head coach Javier Olaizola has sat down in front of the press after the team's morning routines with a view on analyzing Sunday's game. After two back-to-back victories, the Basque has revealed that the managers were expecting this sort of run because the players were training properly.

In any way, Olaizola has pointed out "we weren't that bad before and that good now". We got a big week ahead of us.

The manager has added that "we work on two fronts: competing and shaping players in the first team mould so that whenever they are required they can be called right away". When asked about this weekend's rival, Eldense, who has yet to add a victory to their name, Olaizola considers it a 'final'. "This is a tricky match, I do not take anything for granted here. That is why I have done some preparatory psychological work for this. I have watched a few Eldense games and to be honest, they did not deserve to lose on a few of them. On top of that, this week they have changed their manager and this always means red alert. If we know how to face the game, we can win".

At another level, the manager has confirmed the return of Fernando Cano and also has underlined the great standard from the returning Cedric, who seems now more mature to his eyes. Looking at the backdoor, Olaizola feels privileges to count on Jaume Valens and Miquel Parera on his ranks. Both are going through a sweet moment. The gaffer is also very pleased with the physical, tactical and strategical work put out by the squad.
