RCD Mallorca presented its second reinforcement of this offseason in the large shape that is Jon Ansotegi. The Basque player was introduced this afternoon, and comes to Mallorca after a long stint with Real Sociedad. Nonetheless, the defender comes “with a lot excitement to start this new cycle.”
Ansotegi wanted to thank Mallorca for its confidence and support in him and he reiterated that “the project is so exciting that it was always the first choice in my mind. I know that I am at a historical club and I want to work and train hard.” When asked about the Club´s objectives for the coming season, Ansotegi explained that “soccer is unpredictable and talking about objectives now will not serve to benifit us.”
Maheta Molango and Javier Recio were on hand to support the new player during this presentation. The CEO acknowledged that “Ansotegi complements the roster well with his experience, strength, and command.”
