The Penya Mallorquinista “Sección AA” and the children from the Fundació Minyones played a friendly match yesterday on a day marked by sport, camaraderie and solidarity.
The match gave the young people from the foundation the chance to enjoy a different kind of experience on the pitch, sharing football and moments of fun with the members of the Mallorca supporters’ club.
Also present during the event was Nil Torreguitart, goalkeeper for RCD Mallorca’s reserve team, who accompanied the participants and spent time with the children throughout the day.
Beyond the result, the match became an opportunity to foster values such as camaraderie, respect and teamwork, in a friendly and participatory atmosphere.
The Fundació Minyones is a private non-profit organisation working in Mallorca in the field of child and adolescent protection, collaborating with public institutions to care for and support vulnerable young people.
