Penya Arrabal held its traditional annual dinner yesterday in the Tramuntana room at the Estadi Mallorca Son Moix, during an emotional evening marked by a tribute to Toni Tatxa for his career and dedication to Mallorca football.
The event was attended by RCD Mallorca first-team players Samu Costa and reserve-team player Iker Torres, as well as the Mayor of Palma, Jaime Martínez; the President of the FFIB, Jordi Horrach; the club’s sporting director, Pablo Ortells; the Director of Social Affairs, Román Albarrán; and the Director of RCDM Studios, Albert Salas.
The dinner also brought together numerous veterans including Chichi Soler, Jovan Stankovic, Paco Higuera, Juanjo Doblas, Rolando Barrera, Damià Amer, José Antonio Martínez “Trobbiani”, Eduardo Bacigalupo, Miquel Molondro and Toni Campoy.
The evening will be remembered for moments of recognition and camaraderie between supporters’ club members, institutional representatives and members of the Mallorca family.
