RCD Mallorca player David López made a visit yesterday to the schools of the Fundació Reial Mallorca, this time sponsoring and touring the neighborhoods of Llevant Sud and s'Arenal.
The day was particularly emotional for the footballer, who grew up in the s'Arenal neighborhood and even spent many happy moments of his childhood on the same pitch where yesterday the boys and girls of the Foundation's social sports program trained and played.
During the visit, David López spent time with the different groups, answered their questions, and talked about his career, his beginnings, his role models, and the importance of effort and perseverance in achieving goals. He also took photos with all the participants and signed shirts and various souvenirs, creating a friendly and very participatory atmosphere.
These activities are part of the club's neighborhood visit program, involving first-team players in the Fundació Reial Mallorca schools located throughout Palma and other parts of the island.
