We have reached an agreement with Dani Rodriguez for the midfielder to leave as a free agent after seven-and-a-half years at the club.
The midfielder featured in red and black 282 times across LaLiga, Segunda División, Copa del Rey and Supercopa de España, scoring 32 goals and registering 39 assists.
The club legend and fan favourite played a key part in our return to LaLiga, scoring in the first leg of the promotion play-off semi-final against Albacete before opening our account in the top division in the 2019/20 season.
Rodríguez, who has been one of the captains of RCD Mallorca, also contributed to the current run of five consecutive seasons in LaLiga, and his goal in the 2024 Copa del Rey final will undoubtedly remain in the memory for many.

And I think one of the most magical moments, which almost culminated, was that goal in the Copa del Rey final. It was a magical moment. The noise of the crowd, how they cheered the goal and all the noise from the Mallorquinistas, from the 20,000 who were there. It's a unique moment."
