You can now renew your season ticket for the 2022/23 season.
With 19 LaLiga fixtures and a Copa del Rey campaign ahead of us at the Visit Mallorca Estadi our renewal window starts Monday, June 27 and runs through to Sunday, July 24.
You can be a part of history as not only are we playing a consecutive season in Spain’s top flight for the first time in a decade, but you will be among the first to enjoy our upgraded facilities following a renovation of the stadium.
After three months of hard and intense work, the running track has finally been removed and we look forward to welcoming an improved fan experience with improved seating and catering options across the Tribuna Este, Tribuna Este Descubierta and Lluís Sitjar stands.
Our LaLiga campaign kicks off with the hosting of Real Betis on Monday, August 22 following the confirmation of our domestic schedule.
The benefits of getting your season ticket include:
- Discounts across related entities and partners of the club
- Payment options including financing the ticket up to nine months and a subscriber group option which permits several season tickets holders to be grouped onto the same account.
- Increase to 40% in "Transfer your season ticket" in the event of not being able to attend matches.
The 'transfer your season ticket' option increases from 15% to 40%, and the refund will be paid into the season ticket holder's current account in the week following the match.
Relevant information for the season ticket renewal process:
- Renewals need to be submitted online in the season ticket area or over the phone on 971 221 535m while email taquillas@rcdmallorca.es are available for those over 65 years old
- Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or financed up to nine months
- Season ticket holders under the old Grada Sol Baja will be able to renew online and will be automatically transferred to the new East Baja stand
- Season ticket holders will be assigned the equivalent seat to the previous one or, if this is not possible, the club will contact the season ticker holder to find the best available seat
- Luis Sitjar season ticket holders will keep the same seat number
- Season ticket holders in the first three rows of the old Sol Alta will keep their seat position but will have their seat number changed
Season ticket holders who want to change their seating position can request it through a web form and the club will make the changes as long as there is availability.
If possible, the season ticket holder will receive the notification and will be able to renew online from 27/07 to 31/07.
The registration period for new season ticket holders starts on August 2 and will also be online.
For new season ticket holders requesting a discount (children, under-21, over-65s and special needs) must attach a document that justifies this (ID card, etc).
- Special needs are considered those with a disability of 65% or more
- Children are those born between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2017
- Under 21s are those born between January 1, 2001 to December 31, 2007
- Adults are considered to be those born between January 1, 1958 and December 31, 2000.
- Over 65s are those born before 31/12/1957.
On August 1st, 25th and 26th, the season office will be closed for internal operations.
Ticketing office protocol includes:
- Only those over 65 years of age who need an appointment and are unable to renew online will be able to renew their season ticket at the ticketing office.
- Office capacity will be limited according to the number of attendees.
