Raíllo and Muriqi share a message of mallorquinismo ahead of Levante UD

The pair looked ahead of our decisive fixture against Levante UD this Sunday

Antonio Raíllo and Vedat Muriqi have spoken to fans ahead of a decisive trip to Levante UD.

“It’s one of those days and one of those matches where everyone has to put their heart on the line, fight, and battle for our Mallorca,” says Muriqi, aware of the importance of the upcoming matches.

Our forward also highlighted the role of the Mallorca fanbase, with 500 fans travelling for the game, always being there for the team: “Mallorca fans are very special; they really appreciate you.”

For his part, Raíllo sought to convey calm and confidence based on his experience, emphasizing the importance of being a strong, united team: “In difficult times, families need to be more united than ever.” The captain, who has experienced all kinds of situations while wearing the red-and-white jersey, also stresses the importance of staying focused and maintaining faith in the team: “The team is very experienced; we’ve played in finals like the Copa del Rey, and we’ve played in finals like the one in Pamplona and against Rayo at home as well.”

Our centre back acknowledges that he is going through a difficult time personally, unable to help the team on the field due to his injury, though he remains closely attuned to the locker room and convinced that the team will rise to the occasion in this final stretch.

RCD Mallorca now faces two key matches with the aim of taking a significant step toward its goal. It will do so with the commitment of its players, the confidence of the locker room, and the support of fans who, once again, will prove that they always stand by the team.
