RCD Mallorca B head coach, Javier Olaizola, has given a press conference this noon 48 hours ahead of the start of the season. The Academy team returns to Segunda B Division and debuts this Sunday at home, at the Iberostar Stadium, at 11:00 A.M. facing Alcoyano.
Olaizola has claimed that this preseason “has been tough and complicated yet the Group cannot wait to compete”. The manager, who owing to a health condition had to join training sessions later than expected, has shown his conviction that “80% of the players have worked together from the first and have created a great atmosphere in the dressing room”. “There is some very good rapport, and talking from experience I can tell that feeling like a family does make a difference towards making a good campaign”
The Basque has portrayed his satisfaction with the new additions to the squad and with “their capacity to adapt to the group and to the methodology being implemented”
Olaizola boys will carry out their last training session before their first game and the manager has left no doubt at their enthusiasm and their eagerness to kick off.
