We are excited to announce that Mateo Joseph Fernández-Regatillo has joined the club on a season-long loan from Leeds United.
The 21-year-old forward played 41 games last season, scored three goals and registered four assists in the Championship.
Joseph also featured in the under-21s at national level and has played 13 teams for Spain.

Mateo Joseph:
"I'm very happy, excited, and eager to start training, playing, meeting my teammates, and seeing how it all goes.
"When my agent and told me there was a possibility of coming here, and it was an incredible thrill. They presented the project to us and everything, and this is an ideal place to continue growing, to try to help the team, and to keep improving.
"I used to talk to Pablo (Torre) regularly, and when this option came up, I told him. From that moment on, he explained everything to me, and it's partly thanks to him that I'm here. I have a very special relationship with him, and I'm also eager to meet my other teammates.
