This weekend Palma's Passeig Marítim will undergo a transformation with the first edition of LA PATRONA, a free music festival that combines tradition and avant-garde in the heart of the city.
RCD Mallorca, as sponsor of the Mallorca Live Festival, is joining this unique event that will turn the Parc de la Mar into a large open-air stage in front of the Cathedral.
For the first time, the Passeig Marítim will be closed to traffic so that thousands of people can enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime experience: dancing under the Palma sky in a festive, civic atmosphere.
The Mallorca Live by La Plaza stage will bring together big names in international electronic music. DJ and producer BLOND:ISH, a global benchmark for her hypnotic sound and commitment to sustainability, and the prestigious Danish duo WhoMadeWho, with their Hybrid DJ Set that fuses emotion and sophistication, headline a line-up that promises to get the city buzzing.
The proposal will also showcase local talent with performances by Bibi Smalls, who will offer an explosive set of melodic house, tech-house and disco, and Lourdes Lourdes, who will surprise with her transgressive and multidisciplinary style combining music, performance and visual art.
In addition to the music, attendees will be able to enjoy an immersive stage, bars, food trucks and a unique atmosphere that will turn Palma into a huge dance floor by the sea.
RCD Mallorca invites all its season ticket holders, supporters' club members and fans to experience a historic night in the city with LA PATRONA.
