Iddrisu Baba has received his first call-up to Ghana’s international side alongside Lumor Agbenyenu for African Cup of Nations 2021 qualifiers against South Africa and São Tomé E Príncipe. The Black Stars will kick-off their Group C campaign with the hosting of South Africa at Cape Coast Sports Stadium before travelling to Estádio Nacional 12 de Julho in São Tomé four days later.

Martin Valjient has been selected for Slovakia’s European Championship 2020 qualifiers against Croatia and Azerbaijan. The Repre will be hoping to shorten the advantage of Group E leaders Croatia to just one point at Stadion HNK Rijeka before welcoming Azerbaijan to the City Area Trnava with the aim of overtaking second-placed Hungary who sit just two points ahead in second-place.

Aleksandar Trajkovski has been called up to North Macedonia’s squad for European Championship 2020 qualifiers against Austria and Israel in Group G. Having recently surpassed half a century of appearances for his country, the winger will first travel to Ernst-Happel-Stadion with the aim of closing the gap on the second-placed Austria before hosting Israel at Toše Proeski Arena in Skopje three days later.

Japan Under-22s v Colombia Under-22s (Sunday, November 17th)
Take Kubo has been called up to Japan’s Under-22s’ squad for their Kirin Challenge Cup clash against Colombia Under-22s. The fixture will be the team’s first test at home and is part of preparations for the upcoming Olympics in Tokyo. Prior to facing Colombia, the youthful squad will undergo an unofficial training match against J-League side Sanfrecce Hiroshima.
