We kick off the 2026–2027 season with the launch of its new loyalty program, a project designed to reward the loyalty of Mallorca fans with points, discounts, exclusive experiences, and special services.

The program will be linked exclusively to the club’s official app.

Espires is RCD Mallorca’s virtual currency and will serve as the vehicle for all the points fans accumulate throughout the season. Every time a season ticket holder renews their membership and/or attends home games (either in person or by transferring their seat) or away games, as well as when any fan makes purchases at the club’s official stores (Estadi Mallorca Son Moix and the Cort store) or the online store, visits the Mallorca Sport Bar, the RCD Mallorca Sport Clinic, or the ESA Mallorca Football Park—among other activities—they will accumulate tiered and redeemable Espires, which can be viewed in the “Loyalty Program” section of the Official Club App.

 Why “Espires”?

Espires are the sparks from the fire of the dimonis, a figure deeply rooted in Mallorcan culture and also in the identity of Mallorca fans. These sparks symbolize the benefits that fans will earn as they interact with the club’s ecosystem. The coin itself features Espires in its design, along with the image of Dimonió, the RCD Mallorca mascot.

How much is 1 Espira worth?

Starting at the initial level, Dimoni Fosc, every euro spent at official establishments and services participating in the program will earn you 25 Level Espires and 2.5% of the amount in Redeemable Espires. Both rewards will be automatically added to your account in the Official App and will increase as you advance through the levels.

Level Espires allow you to advance within the loyalty program and progressively unlock greater discounts and increasingly exclusive experiences.

Redeemable Espires are those that can be used to get discounts on the purchase of the new RCD Mallorca jersey and other official products and services participating in the loyalty program, as well as other experiences.

Four Loyalty Levels

The program has four levels: Dimoni Fosc, Dimoni Plata, Dimoni Or, and Dimoni Vermell.

Dimoni Fosc is the entry-level tier and includes 2.5% cashback on purchases. Season ticket holders will automatically receive 2,000 Espires for their season ticket. If you have two or more season tickets linked to the same app, only the 2,000 Espires from the season ticket itself will be added. You can view all the benefits here.

In addition, attending games will allow you to continue earning points:

• Home game: 250 tier Espires.
• Away game: 500 tier Espires.

The Dimoni Silver level is reached when you earn 10,000 Espires, and the cashback increases to 3%.

With Dimoni Gold, once you reach 20,000 Espires, the cashback increases to 3.5%.

Finally, Dimoni Vermell, the program’s highest tier, is achieved by earning 30,000 Espires. This tier offers 4% cashback and access to exclusive benefits, including a unique experience with the first team and entry into a drawing for a trip for two to accompany the team.

With this launch, RCD Mallorca aims to thank its fans for their passion with more than just words and continues to advance its digital transformation strategy, placing the fan at the center of the club’s ecosystem.

Important Information

• For now, users can earn Espires on game days, but they cannot yet be redeemed; this feature will be activated in a second phase.
• In the event of any issues or if purchases cannot be properly recorded due to lines on game days, users may request the corresponding Espires within a maximum of 48 hours. This will only be valid for purchases made at the physical store at Estadi Mallorca Son Moix. To recover the points, please send an email to espires@rcdmallorca.es, attaching the purchase receipt.
• Earning Espires from online ticket purchases, the stadium tour, and redeeming Espires for food and drinks at the stadium will be incorporated in a second phase of the project.
• The Espires corresponding to season tickets will be automatically credited to each season ticket holder’s account in the coming days.
