Our unbeaten pre-season came to an end with a 1-1 draw against SV Elversberg as Antonio Sanchez's goal cancelled out Maximilian Rohr's opener. 

Luis Garcia's starting XI included: Arnau Tenas in goal, Martin Valjent, Aboubaka Soumahoro, Mate and Luis Orejuela in defence; Sergi Darder, Antonio Sánchez and Pablo Torre in midifield and Alex Sala, Antoniu Roca and Adrián Fuentes in attack.

There was some early drama as Soumahoro received his marching orders in the 11th minute, leaving us with 10 men for the remainder of the game. 

SV Elversberg were not able to take advantage of their numerical superiority while we had to wait until the 40th minute until we had our first sight of goal with Fuentes managing to test the goalkeeper having been played through by Sergi Darder. 

We headed into the break goalless with neither side having been able to create much in the final third. 

We were soon on level terms in terms of players on the pitch as Noah Darvich received a red card for a foul on Antoniu Roca in the 57th minute. 

This did not stop the visitors from taking the lead as Maximilian Rohr struck in the 65th minute. 

We were not behind for long as Antonio Sancehz put the finishing touch to a dangerous cross just three minutes later. 

There was not to be any late winners as we were held to a 1-1 draw in our final pre-season fixture.
