The full back arrives on a free transfer and signs on until 2027
We are delighted to announce that Alberto Moreno has joined RCD Mallorca on a free transfer.
The left-back arrives on the island after spending the last two seasons with Italian side Como 1907 and has signed a contract until June 2027, with an option to extend.
Moreno is a footballer with extensive experience in top-flight football. Having come through the ranks at Sevilla FC, he made 62 appearances for the first team before moving to Liverpool in 2014. He spent five seasons there, making 141 appearances. He subsequently moved to Villarreal CF, where he made 124 appearances. He has played 48 matches for Como 1907.
As well as having represented Spain at senior international level, RCD Mallorca’s new signing boasts an enviable list of honours, including a Champions League title with Liverpool and two Europa League titles – one with Sevilla FC and the other with Villareal.
