Club nutritionist Nuria Granados was the guest of the eleventh episode of the Endimoniats podcast.

The longstanding memeber of our backroom staff discussed the secrets to fuelling top-level athletes, how to live a healthy lifestyle and debunked myths within sports nutrition. 

With the RCD Mallorca Sport Clinic as the setting and the support of NDL Pro-Health, Nuria shares what she considers to be the most important principle of her work: "Beyond intolerances and allergies as we already know, it is also important what is good for a person. There is an emotional bond with food, we notice it especially with foreign players, when we make them typical dishes from their country. This produces wellbeing beyond the nutrients. Motivation has to be intrinsic too."

In an long chat, Granados shared that nutrition is one of the main elements to improve the quality of life and life expectancy, as well as being one of the pillars for a longer lasting sporting career.
