The Administrative Council of Real Mallorca SAD in today's meeting has implemented the expansion of the capital that had been agreed to for the Junta General last november 30th of 2015.
At the end of the period, the company LIGA ACQ LAGACY PARTNERS LLC has done the right to preferential subscription for 549.867 shares, and paying out 20.620.012,50 €.
Accord of this action, it has been subscripted the totality practice of the capital expansion, it means to multiply four times the social capital of Real Mallorca.
The company LIGA ACQ LAGACY PARTNERS LLC is formed by a group of experienced NBA owners, Robert Sarver, Andy Kohlberg and Steve Nash, two times NBA MVP.
