We are thrilled to announce Sergi Darder has returned to the island on a permanent transfer from RCD Espanyol.
The Mallorca-born midfielder has signed a deal which will run until June 30 2028 as he becomes our sixth season of the summer transfer window.
Darder has been a leading figure for RCD Espanyol over the past six seasons, making 245 appearances in total and scoring six times last year alone.
"I am very happy,” Darder told club media. “I wanted to come back for a long time. When the opportunity came up to return to my home with my people, in a place where I dreamed of playing since I was a child, I was very happy.”
