RCD Mallorca's Xavier Riera (@xavik_05) has qualified for the LaLiga FC Pro Finals for the first time after defeating Atlético de Madrid 6-2 in the first round of the LaLiga FC Pro Cup.
In the next round, they were defeated by the representative of Granada CF with cup bringing together the top 24 finishers from the regular season this past weekend at the Gran Canaria Stadium.
These 24 players, representing teams from the First and Second Divisions, faced off in an intense FC26 knockout stage, which was ultimately won by Real Sociedad. The next challenge for Xavi and RCD Mallorca will be the LaLiga FC Pro Finals, which will be played on April 11th and will also feature the following teams in a knockout format: Albacete BP, Málaga, CF SD Eibar, UD Las Palmas, SD Huesca, Cádiz CF, Real Sociedad, Valencia CF, Real Valladolid FC, Villarreal CF, Granada CF, Real Sporting, CD Leganés, FC Andorra, Getafe CF, and the aforementioned Mallorca.
The LaLiga FC Pro Finals will be the grand finale to a competitive season in which Mallorca has been very well represented and which will be looking to be crowned champions in this major event in April.
