Matthew Hoppe joins RCD Mallorca on a permanent transfer from FC Schalke 04

The USA international has signed a four-year deal with the club following an agreement with the German side

We delighted to welcome Matthew Hoppe to the club on a permanent transfer from FC Schalke 04 on a contract until 2025. 

The striker was first spotted at the Barça Academy in California before joining the youth ranks of Die Königsblauen.

Hoppe is a senior international with the USA, having recently been a part of the CONCACAF Gold Cup winning squad.

On behalf of everyone at the club, we wish Matthew a warm welcome to the Visit Mallorca Estadi.
