Jaume Costa held a masterclass for our Alevín A, B and C at the Ciudad Deportiva Antonio Asensio.
Our next generation of stars were able to share a training session with the left back as they received advice from the very best in the game.
"The first piece of advice I would give you is to enjoy yourselves a lot and try to have a good time. At your age it is very easy to think about wanting to be a footballer, to want to make a living from this, but it is very difficult.
“I spent twelve years in the Valencia youth academy and I have had many team-mates, much better than me, who unfortunately have fallen by the wayside for not thinking about what they had to think about.
“Have a good time when you are here, enjoy yourselves, do things right, listen to your coaches - who may sometimes be tough because they have to be tough – as they want the best for you.
“Football is a team sport and you all count and you are all worth it, not only on the pitch but off it as well.”
