Jan Salas attends the Colegio San Cayetano

Our academy graduate visited school children and spoke about his journey to first-team football

Our academy graduate Jan Salas surprised more than 700 students at San Cayetano School in Palma with a visit.

Students had the opportunity to ask Salas questions about his personal life and his time at the school and what his journey to first-team football has been like.

The most unexpected surprise came when Dimonió, the RCD Mallorca mascot, made his appearance and later met with students.

As well as answering questions, Salas gave several balls to the children and signed autographs, allowing the little ones to take away a unique souvenir of this special day.

The school, to round off the day, gave him a video tribute and congratulated him on his recent debut in LaLiga.

This visit is part of RCD Mallorca's strategy to bring the club closer to the younger members of the club and to promote Mallorcanism.
