Goalscores Salva Sevilla and Lago Junior analyse the 2-2 draw with CA Osasuna

The pair were on hand to evaluate our performance following a difficult evening at Son Moix

Midfielder Salva Sevilla and forward Lago Junior were on target during our 2-2 draw with CA Osasuna and the pair discussed the performance, their goals and the season ahead at their post-match press conference. Here’s what they had to say:

Salva Sevilla

“Honestly, I feel bad. Those last few minutes were bad as we were not able to read the game. If I’m taking something away from the game, it will be the first part where we twice put ourselves ahead. The last 20 minutes cannot happen.

“We will have to be better for sure. On merit we did deserve to have more points but it is what it is. The assessment is that if the league was to end today, we would be out of the relegation zone.

“We have to rest before Real Valladolid. We have to rest, correct our mistakes and keep improving to get to Sunday in the best condition.”

Lago Junior

“It’s a shame to draw because we had the feeling we could win the game because would have put ourselves four points above the bottom three. We had a very good game, especially in the first half. We had chances to take all three points.

“We are hurst because at 2-1 we could have kept the scoreline the same but in the same moment of play from kick-off they levelled. We have to continue doing that things that we have been doing well and there are a lot of them, but we ave to know how see out games. However, to add points is always important as every point is golden.”
