The second-highest attendance in the history of the Ciutat de Palma Trophy
The 48th Ciutat de Palma Trophy – Estrella Damm 150th Anniversary attracted 17,524 fans to Estadi Mallorca Son Moix for the club's flagship summer fixture
Our home has turned on its lights once again this season to welcome the two-time European champion, Paris Saint-Germain.
The 48th Trofeu Ciutat de Palma – Estrella Damm 150th Anniversary, played last Wednesday, August 5, at 9:00 p.m. against PSG, was sold out thanks to an overwhelming response from fans, with 17,524 spectators in the stands.
Following last night’s match and with this figure, it is now confirmed as the second-highest fan attendance ever recorded at Estadi Mallorca Son Moix during a Trofeu Ciutat de Palma, trailing only the 18,000 fans who filled the stands in 2007 to watch Bayern Munich. When it comes to the all-time attendance record across all competitions, it was set during the LaLiga match played on August 16, 2025, against FC Barcelona, which drew a total of 23,425 spectators. This figure highlights the enthusiasm of Mallorca fans just one week before the start of the season, during which the club has already signed up 19,552 season ticket holders.
With this match and thanks to the fans, the Trofeu Ciutat de Palma—this time celebrating the 150th Anniversary of Estrella Damm—once again proves itself to be one of the major highlights of the Bermellón summer.
