The kickoff to the AFIA Cup will be held at the RCD Mallorca facilities

Rogerio Donato, president of AFIA (the largest football entity in the world), has kicked off the AFIA-Spain Cup which will take place at the RCD Mallorca facilities from this Sunday until the next 13th. total will be 21 teams that will participate in this tournament with players aged 55 and over. In addition to teams that come mostly from Brazil, the tournament will have two island teams. Rogerio Donato has been delighted with the facilities of RCD Mallorca and has made clear the essence of the AFIA Cup: "We want to integrate people and people through football with the idea that you can age with quality, traveling and practicing sports" . Donato, in addition, considers important for Mallorca the arrival of almost 1,000 people linked to the AFIA Cup.
Maheta Molango, CEO of RCD Mallorca, has expressed the club's intention to "participate as an important asset to attract quality tourism from Mallorca with competitions such as the AFIA Cup". Jaume Alzamora has represented the Balearic Tourism Agency of the Government of the Balearic Islands and Andrés Zahínos a Globalia, both partners of the AFIA Cup.
The AFIA Cup has a great track record and so far has organized 80 football events distributed in countries such as Portugal, Spain, Mexico, Brazil or Chile, among others, with a participation of 600 clubs and more than 30,000 players. From this Sunday, Mallorca joins the AFIA world with a tournament that promises excitement and spectacle.
