The Champions Burger’s gourmet burgers have returned to Mallorca at the Estadi Mallorca Son Moix.
This year, the festival that sparked the burger revolution in Spain brings two new features: the All Star tour, which brings together a selection of the most award-winning and most popular burgers from the six editions held to date; and the addition of The Champions Cheesecake, a space where top pastry chefs create unique versions of cheesecakes that are already among the most viral in the country.
The gastronomic event, which visited Calvià in 2025 to great acclaim from the festival’s fans, has arrived in Palma this summer, confirming The Champions Burger’s commitment to the Balearic Islands. Furthermore, it is the only burger festival held in such an iconic venue as Son Moix.
From 20 June to 5 July, the RCD Mallorca stadium is hosting Europe’s biggest gourmet burger festival, featuring legendary burger joints whose popular food trucks serve up creations that have already made history.
On this occasion, there is no competition: they are all winners, and the chefs are here to demonstrate why they form part of The Champions Burger’s dream team.
With free entry, the Mallorcan public will witness a spectacle inspired by the performances of the great sports stars. Something quite unlike anything seen before.
The burgers that have made history
To the delight of their fans, beef takes centre stage. Premium cuts of certified origin, juicy and tender, which the chefs cook to order on the grill to guarantee their flavour and texture.
From there, the restaurants showcase their skill and creativity, resulting in the combinations that have made their burgers the most sought-after across the festival’s six editions.
Artisanal buns such as pretzel-style brioche, versions with Grana Padano and ‘white gold’, or even topped with mozzarella, Parmesan and glazes. And a selection of surprising ingredients including Iberian and guanciale jams; pecorino cheese; matured red Cheddar; smoked bacon mayonnaise; or mac and cheese croquettes. Among those invited to the show, Nolito’s had a guaranteed place after winning every competition in 2025 with its daring “Diamante Azul”, which also took first place during its visit to Calvià, thanks to its matured smash burger patty and the now iconic blue brioche bun.
As the local guest, Smash Double Burger takes to the field – a Mallorcan establishment famous amongst burger lovers for its aged, freshly minced beef, mild cheeses and house-made sauces designed to enhance every bite.
The Champions Cheesecake joins the line-up with the most viral dessert
People in Mallorca can also enjoy The Champions Cheesecake, the brand’s new gastronomic concept, which brings together cheesecakes that prioritise originality whilst maintaining their creaminess, crafted by ten of the best bakeries on the national scene.
Each master pastry chef brings recipes that reinterpret this classic with an innovative and highly personal twist, always with cheese as the true star of the show. The range features Galician, Basque, Italian and French varieties, including options with smoky or cured notes that reflect each establishment’s unique style. These are complemented by versions with original flavours and unexpected cheesecakes featuring Filipino-style toppings, Dubai pistachio cream, caramel popcorn or toffee sauce.
A leader in gastronomic entertainment events
Since its inception in 2018, The Champions Burger has revolutionised burger culture, becoming the leading provider of culinary entertainment events. In 2025, it broke records: 57 cities visited, over 8 million attendees, 300 participating burger restaurants and a successful international debut in Paris and Porto.
In 2026, the festival is reinventing itself with a tour featuring over 60 stops, an international expansion that is taking the passion for burgers to new destinations in France, Portugal and other European countries, and three new themed routes: All Star, The Big Game and California Dreaming.
