2026 will be a particularly significant year for RCD Mallorca, as March 5 will mark 110 years of history, a milestone in the club's history. To mark this occasion, the Club will begin commemorating its 110th anniversary on January 1, with an extensive calendar of events that will take place throughout the year and pay tribute to its history, its protagonists, and its fans.
Among the first notable events, a special event will be held on January 22 dedicated to season ticket holders who have been associated with the Club for more than 50 years. Season ticket holders with half a century of history dedicated to RCD Mallorca, i.e. since 1975 or earlier, will receive a well-deserved tribute, as well as a diploma and an exclusive gift from the Club's president, Andy Kholberg. A few days later, on January 26, it will be the turn of the 1,024 season ticket holders with more than 25 years of membership, who will receive a silver badge and a diploma.
The presentation of the gift and diploma for the 25th and 50th anniversary of the season ticket holders will be held separately on this first occasion, due to the large number of season ticket holders who have been loyal to the Club for more than 25 years. From next season onwards, it will be a joint event held at the Estadi Mallorca Son Moix itself.
On January 27, the Club will also commemorate the 10th anniversary of ownership, in an event that will highlight the stability and growth of the sporting and institutional project.
Official celebration on matchday 26
The most symbolic date of the celebration will come on March 1, 2026 (time to be confirmed), when the Club will take advantage of the LaLiga matchday 26 fixture against Real Sociedad at the Estadi Mallorca Son Moix to officially celebrate its 110th anniversary, which also coincides with Balearic Islands Day, thus reinforcing the historic link between the Club and its homeland. March 5 is the date on which the Club will officially celebrate its 110th anniversary.
Throughout the year, the anniversary will continue to be celebrated through multiple initiatives and commemorative events that will feature the official 110th anniversary logo unveiled today, as well as the launch of an exclusive line of special products designed to celebrate more than a century of passion, identity, and sentiment.
The Club sees 2026 as an opportunity to look back with pride on the past, thank its fans for their support, and look forward to the future with enthusiasm.
