We are delighted to announce that Mateu Jaume Morey has extended his contract with the club until 2027 with an option for two additional seasons.
The right back returned to the island last summer on a free transfer and went onto make 17 appearences at his boyhood club throughout the last campaign.

On how he feels: "I am very happy. I am very proud to be able to renew. I have felt very good during the season. It has been very good and profitable for me and with a very good evolution. I am very happy."
On playing back home: “To be able to play, to look up and have all my family and friends there is something very nice and luckily we can continue to enjoy this feeling."
On confidence: "I have gone from less to more. As the days went by I was feeling very good and my body responded. I want to thank all the people who have helped me and have been by my side to make the season go so well."
On personal objective: “The objective is to continue evolving, improving and to be able to contribute my grain of sand to the team in whatever is needed.”
