Mateu Jaume visits school children in Son Cladera and Secar

The defender spoke with school children during a visit

Mateu Jaume visited the Palma neighborhoods of Son Cladera and Secar to meet with school children who are part of the Fundació Reial Mallorca programme.

Framed in the initiatives Juguis on juguis, guanyes!, Junts som millors! and Formem equip! the club aims to promote the Mallorquinista supporter, above all, to bring our players closer to the next generation of fans.

Our defender shared his experiences in football and the lessons he has learned along the way, took questions from pupils and signed autographs and took selfies.

Jaume stressed the importance of communication within the dressing room: “Well, in the end football is a collective sport and the teammates we have next to us always go with us, they always want the best for the badge we wear here, so we are all going in the same direction.”

With this type of visit, RCD Mallorca and the Fundació Reial Mallorca, in collaboration with the Palma City Council, continue to strengthen their commitment to the local community, bringing the club closer and transmitting the values of sport to the different neighborhoods of the island with the help of its players.
