Mallorca B played its fourth game of the preseason in Sa Pobla, against an opponent who gave nothing. That opponent, Poblense, is a third division team who defended their home grown well and prevented the Mallorcans from scoring.

The 0-0 result felt like that in Felanitx, who until now have been the toughest opponents for the two teams. Here, Mallorca B had pace and verve, but looked disjointed between offense and defense, and were not able to generate any real chances.

In the first half, neither the locals nor the visitors generated any real chances. But in the early part of the second half, the Mallorcans had three clear chances on net. And, in the last ten minutes, Mallorca should have scored, after looking dangerous on the ball. The introduction of Rodado rattled the Poblense defense, and the young striker had a great chance, only to head the ball straight into the goalie´s hands.

In the #mallorcaBtour, the team is feeling the level of physical fitness, but is progressing as a group, who will need to be ready in three weeks for the beginning of the Segunda B season.
