The head of medical services at RCD Mallorca discussed the threat posed by Covid-19 and the squad’s situation

Following the cancellation of training at Ciudad Deportiva Antonio Asensio, Head Doctor, Gustavo Lucas, spoke exclusively to Play Red about the Covid-19 outbreak. See what Lucas had to say about the latest updates on the squad: 

On the suspension of training…

“We have decided to suspend group training sessions for the sake of security. All are players are well, they send us their temperature daily.”

On Covid-19…

“We have to draw a line in the sand to stop a curve in contagion. It is hoped there there will be positives for our league with this.”
