We’re delighted to announce Giovanni González has joined the club on a permanent deal from Uruguayan side Peñarol. 

The right back has signed a contract which will run until 2024 in what will be first experience in European football.

González has represented Uruguay on 16 occasions having featured at two Copa Americas and has been a regular member of the La Celeste's squad throughout the World Cup 2022 qualifying campaign.
