RCD Mallorca reaches a club record 18,633 season ticket holders

Stadium attendance has also increased by 25% compared to last season

Sporting director Pablo Ortells and CEO of Business Alfonso Díaz were on media duties to provide an update on club finances and the transfer window.

As part of our annual press conference at the end of the summer, Díaz revealed we had sold a record 18,633 season tickets for the 2023/24 campaign and totalled a 25% increase in stadium attendance compared to last year – all pointing to a positive reception for our home’s ongoing redevelopment.

“All the data is positive,” Díaz told journalists. “The fans are with the team and hopefully soon we can reach the figure of 20,000 season ticket holders.

“It is our new home. We have good will. We have to adapt, identify and solve the problems.”

Having welcomed eight players over the transfer window, it was a busy summer for Ortells and the sporting staff and our sporting director is pleased with the work done.

“The assessment is positive,” Ortells said. “We are happy because it is a competitive squad. The start of the league is not what we wanted, but we continue working day by day and with effort and commitment all the results will come.”
