Come What May: 2020/21 Season-Ticket Holder Campaign Gets Underway

Come what may, our fans have been there for us through the good and bad.

A season ticket at RCD Mallorca is the consolidation of all experiences that come in red and black: unrivalled passion, long-standing tradition and a sense of belonging which never fails to go beyond the monetary value if being in attendance for every pass, tackle and goal.

Whether it be La Liga or Segunda División, those who bind the moral fibres of what makes Real Mallorca the club it is know too well the juxtaposition between joy and suffering, but therein lies the fascination behind following every minute, as a another opportunity to write our destiny presents itself within the enthrallment, anticipation and exuberance the upcoming 42 matchdays hands us.

The club itself is working in line with the necessary health officials, government bodies and national authorities to ensure the safe return of spectatorship at the Visit Mallorca Estadi. Until that aforementioned confirmation exists, fans are now able to purchase their season tickets as of July 28th with a first instalment of valued at 25% of the original pricing, and upon the decision to allow all fans back into stadiums, the amount charged will then be in proportion to the number of remaining matches in the competition.

Important dates and information

• The period of season-ticket renewal is from the 28^th of July to the 24^th of August.
• Renewal must be made online here, expect those above the age of 65 who may also visit the stadium ticketing office upon a prior made booking.
• A direct debit established in anticipation of the season instalment is mandatory.
• Season-ticket holders will be able to make altercations to their seating between the dates of the 26^th and 28^th of August.
• Current season-ticket holders who wish to make seating altercations can request changes via a web form between the renewal period of the 26^th and 28^th of August.
• New registrations will be processed from the 1^st of September onwards online and will be assigned seats on the flanks of the stadium, with central spacing reserved for existing season-ticket holders. Improvements to the aforementioned allocation can be made during the 20/21 campaign by appointment at the stadium’s ticket office or via web form.
• Agreement to the Data Protection Act is mandatory.
• Season tickets will be delivered upon receiving the second payment fee, while the club itself will detail method of collection and the dispatchment of a digital pass.
• If a season-ticket holder does not receive the outlined documentation, a duplicate will be produced at the stadium’s ticket office.

Eligibility, categorisation and requirements

• For season -ticket applications where a discount applies (children, under-21s, over 65s and special needs) documentation of proof of age or handicap must be provided (DNI, passport etc.).
• Disabilities at 65% and above are considered by the club as eligible for special needs price deductions.
• Children are considered as those born between 1^st of January 2006 to 31^st of December 2015.
• Under-21s are considered those born between 1^st of January 1999 and 31^st of December 2005.
• Adults are considered those born between 1^st of January 1956 and the 31^st of December 1998.
• Over 65s are considered those born before the 31^st of December 1955.
