LaLiga Genuine is a social responsibility initiative that seeks to normalise football for people with intellectual disabilities and promote inclusion. The 2023/24 edition counts with the participation of 46 teams from all over Spain, which are divided into two groups: one called "Inclusion Group" and the other, "Overcoming Group".

RCD Mallorca is in the first group and last season managed to become champion of the "Companionship Group". However, sporting results are not the most important thing in LaLiga Genuine, whose motto is "sharing before competing". In this competition, it is not only winning on the pitch that is valued, but also the positive attitudes of sportsmanship shown during the matches. Therefore, each matchday, teams will be evaluated and rewarded with points based on their exemplary behaviour, thus promoting sportsmanship and fair play on the part of players, coaches and fans.
