LaLiga Genuine is a social responsibility initiative that seeks to normalise football for people with intellectual disabilities and promote inclusion. The 2023/24 edition counted with the participation of 46 teams from all over Spain, which were divided into two groups: one called "Inclusion Group" and the other, "Overcoming Group".

RCD Mallorca was included in the first group and the previous season managed to become champion of the "Companionship Group". However, sporting results are not the most important thing in LaLiga Genuine, whose motto is "sharing before competing". In this competition, it is not only winning on the pitch that is valued, but also the positive attitudes of sportsmanship shown during the matches. Therefore, each matchday, teams are evaluated and rewarded with points based on their exemplary behaviour, thus promoting sportsmanship and fair play on the part of players, coaches and fans.
